 I’ve been getting massages from Rosemari for about 5-6 years now since I was a student. I haven’t found another masseuse since that manages to fully relieve my back pain. She is extremely professional, uses amazing techniques and pressure. The set up she has is also really peaceful with great equipment, you can tell she’s invested a lot in her business. Yes, new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit when booking their first session. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment start time. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment cost. I understand that emergencies happen—please contact me directly in such cases, and I will assess your situation individually. 

Yes, if you are charged for a missed or late-canceled appointment, I will provide a receipt upon request.
